I started at Oracle — where I learned what enterprise technology truly demands — then spent the next two decades applying that discipline across Egypt's most prominent real estate and construction organizations.
From Oracle, Talaat Moustafa Group and Mountain View (7+ years) to Amer Group, MBG Developments, and now Leader Group in Saudi Arabia, I've consistently led organizations through the hard work of digital transformation: not the announcements, but the actual delivery — ERP implementations, IT governance frameworks, smart building systems, AI & Emerging Technologies, cybersecurity programs, and the cultural shift that makes technology stick.
Today at Leader Group, I oversee nine departments spanning Marketing, Presales, Innovation, PMO, Implementation, Business Solutions Architecture, Group IT, Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure — managing programs exceeding 400 million SAR in value. I have led teams of 76+ IT professionals and built digital capabilities from the ground up across FMCG, manufacturing, IT providers, real estate, and construction sectors in Egypt and the Gulf.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, a PMP certification, and have spoken at industry conferences from Cairo to Dubai on the intersection of technology strategy and business performance.
